I was bored and rewatching Merlin. ended up doodling this.the background, for once, didn't actually turn out that bad. just it's still not the best...
So, I guess this would be an AU where Aithusa didn't end up with Morgana? I dunno. I just felt like drawing the dragonlord and his little hatchling for some reason. (TBH, I would've preferred if they had Merlin sneaking out into the woods to meet with aithusa every now and then instead of giving her to morgana. I as looking forward to more dragon stuff when she hatched, but they just had to go and give her to morgana...)
So yeah, heres Merlin spending time with Aithusa, reading his magic book while Aithusa plays with a butterfly, being the cute little dragon baby she is (even though she's pretty darn big now, still not as big as kilgarrah...)
I've just been in a merlin mood recently. or maybe I'm just in a dragon mood. been doing a lot of dragon related things recently, actually. Skyrim, HttyD, Merlin...
