Right after the explosen, Mothra transformed back into her orignial form. Befor completing it, she looked over Bagan who seemed rahter out of breath. But it turned out that he was faking it and goes on a final strike on the moth. Out of nowhere, Bagan got blasted to his death. It was a radioactiv beam Mothra was very familiar with.
Mothra, Bagan and the mysterious Kaiju (But I guess you know him well) belong to Toho.
