I'm honestly surprised how late you get your last party member in this game. By the time I got Homura, everybody else was on Level 6, which made getting her caught up a little dicey. In fact, when I first sent her out on an Outing with Madoka, the two of them immediately ran into a monster. And got curb-stomped.
Truly, her bad luck knows no bounds.
I also have to say, her reaction to Madoka attempting mercy is hilariously accurate to canon. One of these days, she'll learn better than to try.
