Description
I drew this while in hospital: it's based on a dream I had where I stood in a library with millions of books, and chose this one from the shelves. There was a more stylized version of that on the cover, and the book was titled GNOSCI.

At the time I thought that was some sort of Scientology technobabble, but later found it's Latin, an ancient form of 'gnosco', to know. Carl Jung would have found the whole affair interesting, I think.

I realize the drawing's not especially good, it was the subject matter more than anything that compelled me to draw it.
