Oh my, this has taken an unimaginable amount of time. I don't event remember when I started sketching it, it definitely must have been a few years ago and I just managed to come back to it during lockdown. I started it with Arteza watercoloured pencils, but they turned out to be too greasy and looked pretty bad when treated with water (I really discourage you from buying them if you care about your drawing to look good). You can see it in Maka's inside part of the coat which I had to kinda leave messed up with Arteza watercoloured pencils
It was actually the point which pushed me to start increasing my range of copic markers and it generally encouraged and started my practice copic marker colouring. Bless! 
Also, I had to get quite a few shades of brown and grey to finish this pic which entailed an extra time as I had to pace my spendings
