This is David Faucon, with as alias the Black Lightning. He's an OC for League of Legends (a very awesome MOBA).His main ability is sniping, using his magical bow that lets him shoot lightning enchanted arrows, the power of the enchantments ranging from a discharge of static electricity (like with the fur of a cat), to a small scale lightning strike.
