Now that this is a DD, you should mention that wmv backgrounds only work with Windows Dreamscene, which is only available to Windows Vista Ultimate users as downloadable content.

You can play wmv on XP as background too

Yeah I'm just saying since the artist mentions Windows Vista specifically in the description, he may want to specify that it's only the Ultimate version that has access to Dreamscene, to prevent some frustration from his downloaders.

damn....i can't use the dreamscene - this one makes me wanna update to ultimate just to get it though lol. It'd be an awesome wallpaper nonetheless.
Reminds me of driving around city life in the rain - with the wipers off...and, cars ahead of ya with their lights on. And, the abstract with the size of the "drops" or circles - however ya look at it

It boggles my mind that so many people don't exactly understand how to use this masterful piece of dreamscene engineering.
It's an absolutely beautiful dreamscene. I just wish the cycle was a little bit longer and the orbs of light would move a bit more.

Colors. Just what I like to see.
I didn't realize it was a zipped file until I read the comments. After that I was able to view it with VLC media player.
However, it doesn't loop in VLC. If there's a loop option I have yet to figure it out.

the file in the zip is wmv format, how does one apply that as a wallpaper?
