here are some reference images i got from the game. these really helped me see details, and i hope they help anyone else making the keyblade or drawing it!some major i details you can see are:
Left side pics: all the clocks are flat with depth, in other words, they dont have a slope.
Top right: since the clock is flat, so are the clock hands on the clock at the top. also, the hands are only on one side of the keyblade.
the glowing spikes protruding from the clock hands at the top are flat with the clock hands, but i will add some width to ensure strength.
there are some very clear details for the beasts head as well as the hilt.
