Jedi Master Jo Bass! or just Bass, being as he's not what you'd call a stickler for rules like some masters. Armed with his double bladed lightsaber Master Bass teaches students to work within the bounds of the force by focusing on the more spiritual side, combining both physical fitness and calming the mind through meditation. Despite all appearances Bass is more of a hermit than he is an active fighter within the republic which is mainly because he thinks the jedi working for a body of government then focusing it's efforts on everyone puts it's neutrality in any diplomatic effort into question. Don't think that doesn't mean he won't adhere to the code and defend the innocent. While he may wield the double bladed lightsaber, a weapon by any other name that has gained infamy among the order for many years since it's conception. Bass uses it less in terms of offense by practicing the art of counter attacks, turning his enemies own efforts against them.
Jo Bass, Philosopher, hermit, and devout defender of the innocent through the use of diplomacy. Armed with knowledge of history and the patience of a saint Bass is an adamant voice of peace.
