Omnicidal refers to wanting to kill everything. It's a Chaotic Evil mindset.
Vader is not omnicidal, he's pretty much the epitome of Lawful Evil. People in-universe don't like him at all, either.
Eggman is decidently not omnicidal, otherwise he wouldn't save the world in SA2, or ever help the protagonists. Again, not a popular guy in-universe.
The Joker has displayed omnicidal actions before, but he's also actually insane and constantly reinventing himself. The only person that genuinely likes him is Harley, and she herself is insane.
Scourge has two counts of attempted planetcide under his belt.Β

There are plenty of evil nutballs in fiction (Even if none of those that you listed tried to destroy two worlds just because they could), but those that have followings are charismatic. To steal a line, Scourge has the unbridled charisma of a chipotle enema.

I think you're missing the point of those issues- Scourge is wrong on all counts. And you're also missing the subtext. Sure, Scourge spins a sob-story about his dad not loving him, but he removes context, and forgets to mention that, for the crime of not paying too much attention to him, Scourge not only murders his father, but goes out of his way to tear down Anti-Jules' work: The Great Peace, plunging Moebius back into chaos and destruction.
It's quite plain that Scourge is an out-and-out psychopath, and no amount of "right world" will ever make Sonic become like him. Sonic's had his "Bad day", and he's had it over and over again. He didn't turn evil, he just doubled his resolve and kept fighting the bad guys.Β
Scourge is the opposite of Sonic, the antithesis, not some two-bit evil twin who would've been totally nice if the world was different.Β

Yes, he's wrong on all counts. but then so are most villains and Scourge doesn't deserve any more hate than they do, not that what you said is particularly hateful. But let's think for a minute--anti-mobius is the opposite of mobius. Every good person is now a bad person. That includes every positive influence in Sonic's life. Literally. Nice mom? Abusive parents. Nice friends? Manipulative ungrateful jerks. just imagine every happy memory Sonic has ever had and turn it inside out--that's what Scourge remembers about the world. And just like Sonic had tragedies which were not enough to break him, Scourge had good moments (IE Fiona coming to rescue him from prison) but it was never enough to make up for all the pain madness etc. he'd suffered. And worst of all? If Sonic's world is mostly good, full of heroic people, and only a few ambitious evil humans or mobians, then what is Scourge's world like?

And that isn't one of them.
At most, Anti-Jules was neglectful, but he was responsible for the Great Peace, a period of time when Moebius wasn't destroying itself. Scourge ended that, because he could. Moebius did have peace, and it now doesn't, because of something Scourge did of his own volition, before he was part of the Suppression Squad.
Scourge might've had bad friends, but he is specifically noted as being a bully. He was the strongest of the bunch and he threw his weight around, using threats of violence and actual violence to get them to do what he wanted. Their scheming and treachery was a fair reaction to his own treatment of them. Hell, he ripped out Patch's eye just because he was jealous that he hadn't thought up the "fake eyepatch to look cool" idea first.Β
Fiona's an interesting case, considering that she is no stranger to his violent tendencies and threats, and his attempt to destroy both worlds would've killed her, and Scourge doesn't care about that at all. She's a very clear victim of his psychopathic tendencies.
Scourge isn't some misunderstood woobie who is only bad because the world made him that way. He has all the hallmarks of psychopathy. He was born a monster and it clearly didn't take much pushing to get him to embrace it.Β

swag's always been around, it's just had different names--swag is the essence of expressing dominance by undermining the dominance of others. And that's as old as the first human crime. Heck, maybe older.
But doesn't that contradict the whole anti-dynamic? if Scourge is as evil as Sonic is good, why is it just him? Shouldn't anti-Jules be as evil as Jules is good? And what about his mother? People in general? Getting mugged or worse (use your imagination)Β as a kid could not be good for his psychological health. And what about culture? If the heroic deeds of the past were glorified in Sonic's world they would be scoffed at perhaps resented in Scourge's. And here's another bit of nightmare fuel--in a world where evil is the norm, would you consider evil to be evil? Or would you consider evil to be good? Or at least normal? Sure you could figure it out, but in that world, you'd be painted as a "villain", the kind that is worshiped in Sonic's world and hated in Scourge's.
How much can we really trust their recollections? And weren't they raised in the same hell as he was?
Fiona is rather interesting, I agree. She seems to genuinely care for him, which is odd. It may be that she's on the same page as he is, however. Disgust for heroism while applauding viciousness.
Let's remember it was a two-way street--Scourge was born bad and the world made him worse. No, Scourge isn't misunderstood. But his world is. And aren't we all born monsters? Aren't we all born selfish? Scourge selfishly wants power. He selfishly wants recognition. He selfishly wants to have fun. And as for the psychopathy, why did the Zone Cops want to recruit him then? Why were they convinced he could be changed? And if Scourge is a psychopath, wouldn't most of the people on anti-mobius also be?
