Okaaaaay, so this fusion stuff became pretty popular, and i just wanted to try it~But since i got only one OC, i decided to use Silver too :3 And here's what i came up with.
He's weird! XD
But if you're interested, Platinum is a technopath (Silver's psychokinesis + Stripes' hacking skills)
Disclaimer: Ok, i do like Steven Universe show but THIS piece is just a DESIGN EXPERIMENT for me, ok? Please, stop looking for things that aren't there.

I have seen my fair share of fusions and I must say: this is very creative! Most of the fusion designs I've seen are just one character with the palette and accessories of another, but you've managed to combine the two base characters quite neatly. I really like how several of the features aren't completely smeared together but still manage to be balanced- that can be tough! (I should know; I've made more fusion designs than I can count! XD) In particular, the central hetero-chromia was a very nice touch~
Overall a very lovely design, my dear person~ Keep up the good work!

What an interesting fusion concept! There is an even split of both characters' characteristics fused in one to form something new. Heh, I'm not sure what you would call this new guy. Hedgecoon? Racchog? Idk XD
I'm curious to know where you came up with "Platinum" for the name, rather than trying to combine their names together.

I came up with "Platinum" because of Silver's name + the metal's used in technique. That's why i guess :3

I'm sorry some people are taking this the wrong way. I'm seeing it as it is: The potential form of what these two would be if their bodies were merged as one. My Amethyst AU is kind of like that, except it's just two minds merging rather than two bodies and minds.
I think Platinum looks amazing, and it's an interesting idea. I mean, Shadic, the merging of Sonic and Shadow, has been around for years longer than this trend that's popped up recently.

Я лично отношусь к таким смешениям стилей с явным интересом - просто очень любопытно, что получилось бы, смешав "look" тех или иных. Такие "смеси" были и раньше, например:
Теперь, заметил, немного критерии поменялись: был рандом, стала конкретика (берем 1 перса или 2 и смешиваем с другими = несколько вариантов с 1 базой без общего сложения). Наверно, перемудрил с терминами
Твой Платинум получился восхитительным: в меру строгий и элегантный, с завораживающим взглядом. И при этом солидный - ты очень удачно отредизайнила обувку и перчатки. Этакий "прынц"!

Да, мне тоже нравится идея смешения образов. Зачастую из таких экспериментов можно выудить уйму идей)

I think it's fun to see how character designs can be mixed together and it looks great, it's a shame people are looking into it further than it needs to be, I personally like seeing these two characters together

I think you really hit it off with the design! Nothing weird about him at all I dunno how technopath ability would look like can totally picture him control swirls of data all around him x'D

Usually I don't like fusions that involve characters of the same gender, because I do think that's a little weird. But this fusion of Silver and Stripes actually looks pretty cool!!
