The ruthless king had learned of the thousands of genocidal routes that had passed and despite the circumstances he decided to manipulate Chara to carry out a new genocidal but she had rejected him and Sans had no other way than to do it for the Sans using human souls decided to create a necklace capable of manipulating Chara and with that the King obtained an executioner who had no choice but to finish off the human once and for all.
