Arm on left (his right) is too small. Foreshortening wouldn't "shrink" it to that degree.
Wings are the giveaway - if the right wing were pulled back and "shrunken" to the same degree, that might even fix it - it'd just look like it was shot with a wide-angle lens or something.
(Or maybe take away the wings . . . maybe removing the reference would fix it? Not sure.)
Three more points.
1. "He". Yeah, I said it. Unlike Schnuffelienchen, I'm willing to hazard a guess on that point. Call it a hunch.
2. You certainly didn't screw up any other part of "his" body. This may sound like a weird thing to say . . . but you are to dragons' thighs what Arenthor is to dragons' teeth. Phenomenal. Best I've ever seen, straight up.
3. The detail work on "his" scales is bananas. Seriously. Hard to see how it could even be improved. (And I second CosmicJoker42. Nailed the scutes.)

I love the scutes! And I'm not normally a fan of motion blur, but here it definitely lets you know the dangerous bits are headed your way!
