This is a render project I did of a 71 Dodge Charger over the summer in a class a while ago. It took about 40 hours to complete. The full size is about 20x30.Pencil, marker and chalk. Detail: firebli9ht.deviantart.com/art/…

Looking at the project, I can see how I started to improve as I worked on it. The sky on the left was the first thing I did, and the reflection on the side of the car was the very last. I've learned from projects like this to start on the least important things first! Hopefully once I get to the last and most important bit I will also be at my best.

This is a gorgeous piece of work! Your lines are true, the stance is true, and those value changes are top drawer! You showed all of the planes and contours of the car very well. And you pretty well nailed the detail on that exquisite front end! Most excellent piece of work!

Haha, it totally does look like a picture, but if you stare at it for awhile, you can start to see some stroke marks. I was just sorta like... O_o Hehehe!

Haha, ya after staring at it as long as I did I honestly didn't realize people would be mistaking it for a photo at first. After telling people for awhile and watching their faces do that 'waitwut?' look, I realized I needed to be sure to introduce it differently lol.
