Here is a better design I have created in MS Paint of the prince of the Impurian race who dwell within the pocket dimension of the Devil Moon-Sun.

The Impurians are distant relatives to the Infernians. These beings, the Impurians, were first mystical monks who practiced magical arts and outer body experiments, they lived a very poor life style and only used the remains of what was left of their past lives. As Infernians as they evolved into a new species of their own, they created utopias but the lust and need for power consumed their souls. They no longer view themselves as ever being part of the Infernians but as demonic spiritual beings. They often play tricks on people and haunt certain areas. Most Impurians appear as a serpent-like form, the high ranking powered ones appear as more humanoid in shape.
