blah, it's nothing much. don't feel like posting my other comics yet...I know it's been forever, but I felt I should post something at least. life's been crazy, and I simply haven't gotten around to it.
I haven't tried to draw anything even remotely resembling 'manga' in what seems like forever, and I don't really miss it. however, since all my comics have showcased a different style thus far (though you haven't seen any of them yet lol) I figure my next one should be manga since it IS my forte, no matter how I would like it not to be. I want to apply what I've learned by developing other forms of storytelling and make this into something better that I can be proud of being able to do.
so yeah, one my think this is procrastination...however, it is actually a rough character design! so there.
it's in processess because I don't like how the color came out, and prefer the lineart. *shrug*

I agree with UC, even though you use a 'manga' style, it's VERY original. Personally I think it's a whole new style, though. A mix of American and Japanese XD

you know, so long as you don't fall prey to a sea of fanarts or a generic style, theres really nothing wrong with having a japanese or other asian influence on your artwork and comics D:
