The hollow spider is the greatest threat to any human, anotus or other beast not careful enough to check if the tree hollow in which they took refuge was truly empty. Indeed, the hollow spider is quite hard to spot to the untrained eye simply because it possesses the ability to change the color and texture of its exoskeleton to that of the hollow in which it lives. When the potential prey has settled in, the spider shoots them with a voluntary motion inhibiting venom. It can then simply pull them up to its mouth with its clawed tongues for digestion.

As usual, I'm trying to improve so any feedback is appreciated.
