We created this gown heavily inspired by the amazing art of wlop Ghost Blade character, Aeolian. I only just now discovered this art is from his webcomic ( tapas.io/series/GhostBlade)! This whole time I'd assumed his art was from an MMORPG, I'm so excited to read his comic now!

For the top we used a base of a black bra with a clear back strap to create the illusion of it being backless. We used gold appliqué for the collar, bra, and belt. Each piece is painted and jeweled with crystals. The fabric for the cape and skirt is a burnout georgette fabric with a leopard print on the solid sections. It gives it a slightly wild feel. The scale-mail shoulder armor is connected to the collar with long filigree jewelry that swags across the back. To tie it all together we created a matching chain and crystal hair lariat in a similar style as many of wlop's art pieces.

Thank you to everyone who voted on the cape placement! Having it come from the scale-mail really does give those chains on the neck room to shine!
