Description
We created this gown for a client's show. A icy layer of sequined mesh overlays the ombre blue silk. I really wanted to create a feel of her character rising from a frozen pond. White crystals are sprinkled throughout the design to really sparkle on stage. Her sheer bolero has silk chiffon wizard sleeves that are also dusted with crystals~Related content

Pinkering scissors should do the trick. Their designed to cut the fabric without pulling or causing damage. I'll warn you though such a thing can be a little pricey.

I always wonder how people see the snow queen. Especially what she's wearing.
To me this dress looks rather cold in an icy environment but that would kinda hit to the fact that the Snow queen doesn't care about the cold or she has no trouble with it.
