To talk shop: on the apron, from the way there are backing pulls a little it looks like you used a light cloth and stitched the designs to them. I know very little about clothing construction, but I do know that those little pulls and wrinkles are annoying. Have you ever thought of making the apron from a single piece of cloth and dying? I make banners that way, in silk, using gutta or latex as a resist and dying in-between.
Given your skill level, you might very well know how to do this already. But this [link] was the tutorial that I learned from.

yes! i should have spent a little more cash and bough a heavy fabric for the green part of the apron, i made the mistake of using a heavy cloth for the details when it should have been the other way around. If I ever have the time id like to remake this costume id do exactly that with a few other changes. thank you for the link!

I think what I like about your costumes is that they're made of REAL materials and fabrics, and not that cheap crap halloween costumes are made of.
And you add details, and work hard to put REAL QUALITY into them.
If I ever get married, will you make my wedding costume? I'll be dressed up as a shiny, silver and gold and black and white jester. (If I ever get maried, it's going to be a midieval themed wedding, that's all there is to it).
