Description
This is the Derpy that was originally made for Derpy Con South, now with piles of accessories! She was originally supposed to be raffled as a fundraiser for the con or at the con, but that fell through for various reasons. Anyway, she has a home now, and lots of accessories to boot! The Saddlebags are faux suede lined with cotton, they close with snaps, and have one of BonBon's bonbons on one side and Lyra's CM on the other. The muffin an letter are magnetic (of course) - in the last image they are neatly tucked into the saddlebags. The socks are removable, but I couldn't be bothered to take them off because they looked really cute. And the goggles are elastic and smooshy!Yaaay.

I've actually been in school all summer, too - I'm in grad school right now, and that's a year 'round kind of thing for the program I'm in. I will be teaching again in the fall, though, and I'm looking forward to that

I majored in Biology in my undergraduate. I'm studying marine invertebrate biology now.

Neat! I love invertebrates - they're so interesting and diverse compared to vertebrate creatures. I feel like people forget a lot of the time that there are many, many more invertebrates than vertebrates in the world, just because the vertebrates tend to be bigger and more noticeable. People miss out on so much cool stuff!
Is there anything you're looking forward to in the next while? Conventions or anything? I don't really pay attention to the Con schedule, since I don't have time to go to them
