Lilith from Darkstalkers/Vampire Savior. Yush...She's freakishly cute in Mayumi Azuma's manga adaptation. Adorable I tell you.
I wanted to color it in traditional media, but my skills would fail horribly and I had too many mistakes that I love photoshop for helping me with... IE: I got overzealous with a sharpie and colored her bodysuit black. lol..
