Because I noticed the similarities between these two due to both of them being obsessed with rare Pokemon, Legendary Pokemon, and other special types of non-common Pokemon, and they both want them as well. Oh, my gosh, The little scumbag wanting Mew has just reminded me of Giovanni wanting Mewtwo. I can also imagine this ugly little creep, coward and bully named Goh being the heir to Giovanni.
