Ocean Man is a water stand and he's one of the few stands that can talk. Ocean Man has the ability to manipulate water and is very precise with his trident, he is able to shoot water out of the trident and he can give other people the ability to breathe underwater for a good while. Ocean Man also has a barrage attack with his trident but here's the catch, if he pokes you with his trident, he can transfer water into your body and and fill you up with water until you burst. Ocean Man also has the ability to turn himself, Chloe and anything around him into water, including the air itself into water as well. Chloe is even able to ride on Ocean Man and jet across the water at very fast speeds. Ocean Man's weaknesses are that he doesn't fare well in areas that are very dry he's super weak to electricity so when he can Chloe turn into water, they have to be careful of electric attacks.
