Oh how gorgeous!!! You did an amazing job with the fur and legs! The proportions and perspective are also really well done! This piece actually looks almost like it was drawn from life.

Ever since i first seen Raichu in pokemon episode 14 i have loved them, Raichu became my all time fav for years on end, but in 2004, thats when i turned to Flareon, Raichu had been my fav for 6 years, xD
Anyway i love this pic, the Raichu looks awesome and i like the way you did the eyes. 10 out 10, five stars, hehe

Really unique pose, I truly like it.
I like the way you did the electricity, it's pretty realistic. And the lines are great.
Do you use a tablet for making the lineart? And one more thing, which technique do you use when you shade? It's really effective. 
And I agree, Raichu is SO much better than Pikachu. I don't really like Pikachu, and he's one of the reasons I don't like the anime...

Yes I use tablet for the linearting and the coloring. Hm which technique? It's not a big secret, I just change the brush's flow and opacity
