WELL IT DEPENDS ON THE SITUATION LOLL. Crow tries to work hard but fails 99% of the time unless it's related to accounting, Niko doesnt work hard - tries to push his work to other people; but if he tries he's pretty good x'D; lazy bum. Their motivations are all different too; Crow likes to do get things right and be praised for it even if he acts uncomfortable about praise, Niko likes to accomplish his own goals even if someone else does the work - as long as he gets the end result he doesnt care FFFFF
Nikolai: Ja, it is a war. However...bear in mind you are - or will be a soldier in the 21st century. *takes glasses off and cleans them for no reason* ...These days; there are some changes in the mentality of soldiers and what is expected of you. As an example, the american marines have changed their close combat training procedures - now they are trained to be able to distinguish between a situation that does not need to end with the loss of a human life, and one that does.
*pauses before continuing* They are trained to restrain, disarm...but not kill if it is not necessary. In this case, you could stop your ally from killing the injured soldier - and he would become a prisoner of war, if he surrenders. Unless you view him as a potential threat despite being injured. It is of course, your call. But please try to keep this all in mind. *puts glasses back on his face* At the end of the day, when the war ends, every soldier becomes a mere statistic. It is not uncommon for enemy soldiers to become friends, having suffered the hardships that a soldier must endure, together. You may even end up finding that your 'enemy' understands you better than your countrymen back at home. *smiles before looking at the pages* Ahhh, now...I have four cards for you to look at. When you are in battle, you don't even have time to care about your own well being, just survival. Taking prisoners is fine, but by yourself it doesn't seem to make sense. It's not only my perspective. It's just something that happens in the world. *glaring* And you will be shocked to hear how some people act in war.

Nikolai: Well, they are merely designed to...test what kind of person you are - the way you respond to things; the things you consider before making a decision, the values you hold. There is no right or wrong answer to any of these - it is not a "test" in that way. My impression of you now is that you are more of a practical person - emotion does not come into play besides anger and annoyance perhaps. And that *clicks pen* is my goal here. I consider myself to be...at least slightly aware of how people act in wars, *takes a moment to pause, thinking about WWII* - humans are quite horrid creatures, atrocities are committed all the time, and not in just war. But that does not mean that I shouldn't hold the values I have - even if the whole world does not follow them. But anyway...I digress.
