although (and it might be just me but) her upper thighs seem disproportionately thick .... as compared to lower thighs as well as the rest of the leg and in turn the body. ...

It's probably too late, but I'd check with the artist and to get a better print distributor. dA isn't exactly known for its pricing and "fair" money distribution when it comes to prints.
