It certainly does look towering. I like how the dark form (a bit too dark to see, but lots of impact) looks very imposing -- to me, the blackness adds to its power and size. It seems to reach right into the clouds, with the perspective of the picture. And interestingly enough, it almost looks to me like the clouds are arranged around the tower...
