Process: 1080x1350 600DPI. Standard G pen with a little texture to make it less smooth. Sketched primitive shapes->basic car sketch-> lineart-> color. For the color I made a gradient from dark blue to green and then used the colorize function. I then cranked up the saturation and used it as a multiply layer. I then did individual colors on things like the pipes. Rim light was done with a hard light layer. Then I used an airbrush with yellow on a normal layer on top of everything (including lineart) to give the glow effect. I erased the yellow that was outside the car's outline.
