It's the internet, buddy. If you can think of it, it exists. Tail has been portrayed as gay since the first game with him in it came out, since, you know, Sonic had to save his ass every two seconds. It's not that big a deal.

To be fair, it's not like Sega's been treating Tails pretty well either... that voice acting IS a little suspect (a lot of people will agree with me here), and Tails just feels too 'clingy' to Sonic. It's not openly telegraphed, but somehow you can just tell Tail's sheer idolization for Sonic might explode to pure love at any minute. Oh yeah, and as for lack of respect, imagine having to put up with LOL NEW CHARACTERS in every new game gradually taking the spotlight away from Tails being the sidekick character?
Quite frankly, you should be complaining to Sega themselves about how they have taken a huge dump on a long-beloved character they made themselves before going after people who are making silly little joke images of something most Sonic fans genuinely believe nowadays thanks to Sega's bull.
As for me, I like Tails and I think this image is funny. Mostly because it's true, Sega's ruined the dignity Tails once had.
