Description
Name:
 Bojack
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Heterosexual

Allegiance: None

Mate: None

Personality: In a single word Bojack is a wreck. Self centered, depressed, and careless about his own health. He reaches out to whatever gives him even a temporary break from the crippling pain in his soul. This often feeds into his awful habits of drinking, smoking, and doing whatever his heart so pleases. To anyone on the outside, Bojack is a self absorbed jerk who cares little that his actions have consequences, cares little if he hurts people, and is generally bad news. Internally, however, Bojack cares deeply. He cares so deeply that every person he hurts and each mistake he's made cripples him that much more. It's all he can ever do to get out of his own head... and he thinks he's so far beyond redemption that it hardly matters. To Bojack, the whole world has turned against him, beaten him, broken him, and spat him out. He's plagued by his self hatred every day, so much so that he can no longer see past himself. His only happiness is his drink. He just hopes that one day life might shine down upon him and his troubles will fade away into oblivion.

History: Bojack grew up in a troubled household. He was told to be perfect, told he would never be anything more than a failure, and never given the attention he craved by either of his parents. Despite it all, he struggled through his childhood and into adulthood. His aspirations to become an actor came from an early age. The people and Kukuri he saw on the television never seemed to have any issues. They could be happy... and even when the worst came, their problems were always solved by the end of the movie or show. He wanted to be part of it, not realizing the darker sides to Hollywood.

He caught his big break in his younger years: a popular sitcom series which he starred in. His quick jokes and goofy smile all allowed him to be the character he needed to be... the character he wanted to be. For the first time in his life he was mostly happy, even if he made his mistakes along the way. His past always haunted him, but things were good. Until they weren't.

As soon as the series ended, so did Bojack's happiness. The film industry might have wanted him, but Bojack didn't want them. He didn't want roles that weren't like the happy go lucky one on his television show. He didn't want to face the reality that life wasn't a tv show. And so... he sunk into a deep depression. His past, his mistakes, and his crippling fear of failure consumed him. He's never been the same since.
