*note: I'm setting the comic in England, as that's where I'm from so there may be a couple of things I need to clear up...
translation note: Form - Called 'Home Room' in America and possibly other countries. In English secondary schools, your form room is usually where you are registered at the beginning and end of the day, and you usually spend some time in there every day, though you wouldn't have specific lessons there. Your form tutor is the teacher who is in charge of this particular class.
