mhMHMm around week ago i suddenly felt worse & panic attacks came back and i feel like this since that dayand idk what to do
i mean they usually hit me when i feel bad(physically) but ??? i dont feel worse at all
im just stressed and anxious and mhMMMM, but thats not physical
i just need to rest a while i guess,,
