Personal piece, first 'big' drawing of 2019. Started as a vent doodle, ended up a finished piece, oops ^^' Let me know what you think guys, put a lot of effort into this.

So, I'm going to start with the bad stuff since the last things someone says is usually remembered, and I like to make people feel good about their art <3
The first thing is the style and details contrasting in Flame. Though both your chibi and detailed art are both beautiful, they don't go very well together in the same piece. To be more specific, I can tell you were going for a more chibi look since Flame's head is big and muzzle is smaller than usual, but it is a bit confusing when I see how detailed her boots are as well as the background. For your next pieces, I'd suggest sticking with one defined style throughout the whole piece. Also, I just don't like how big her head looks in general, but that's just my opinion.
As for the positives, I absolutely love the lighting/shading! The blue sky and lights look very magical and calming, which are a nice contrast to Flame who has a more spikey/rough/punk appearance. I also like how her clothes are yellow, which is once again a nice color contrast to the blue. The whole feel of the piece looks professional with the smooth lineart and beautiful colors; I'd definitely hang a picture like this up on my wall!

To start off, I would like to say that this is really gorgeous, and I think that you have improved so much since 2018! I really only have a few complaints.
Firstly, I find that the background is lacking compared to the rest of the piece. And though the background isn't the focal point, It would be nice to see more thought in it. This could be by adding anything really, like silhouettes, little plants in the cracks of the stone, maybe a drink that Flame brought, or a phone etc.. really anything that adds more story and interest.
I don't know if this is just me, but the poles look a bit out of place and they take me out of the scene,because they look distracting. I think this might be because of the texture used.
I also can't tell if it is night in the picture or day. I would assume night, however the light blue at the bottom is way too light and confuses me a bit. I suggest making the color darker, or if you want more color, to add more in the background like a city scape or more lantern lights.
Secondly, I find that the highlight you use on the tail (and sometimes the hair in other works) is very synthetic looking, almost like plastic. The highlight works on things like the nose and some parts of the clothing, but that is only because they are made of a material that makes sense for the highlights. The nose can be excused because it is wet and really shiny.
I gave the "Originality" category a lower score since most vent art seems to be the same things. This is just a very simple piece, and there is nothing wrong with that, however it's not very creative or different.
These are mostly just nitpicks, and really just my opinion. I love that you tried a new style, and I adore that sweater! (I seriously want it lol). I like the very detailed boots, and the anatomy seems to be fine.
For some next steps I encourage to experiment with backgrounds, and settings.

before i start, i just want to say that this piece is phenomenal! overall, it's very well executed and i can really feel the emotion that the piece intends to convey. the texture used in the wall and sky add dimension to the piece and the shading helps with that as well. the amount of detail you put into things like the shoes and the lights and the clouds is stunning. one of the few things that i found threw off the balance was the size of flame's head. this seems to be a chibi style so the head usually is larger than normal, but i think that it was a bit too exaggerated here. other than that, i really do enjoy this piece, and i'm excited to see more of your work in the future! <3

oh man im not good at critique but MAN this is gorgeous!! the sky is painted beautifully and it goes perfectly with the amount of detail in everything else! The lineart is perfectly smooth and flawless and their shoes are so detailed its amazing the amount of patience you have! the chains are perfectly highlighted and their shading goes perfectly with the surroundings! dude im not even kidding when I say the background would be perfect as a lockscreen,, its so beautiful and calm and sets a sense of ease but a hint of solitude on my heart. the ONLY thing I can see that makes this seem less of a vent and is a tad hard to take seriously as one,, is the chibi style in which her head is bigger, then again im not sure whether you wanted it to contrast or not. your chibi-esque style is absolutely stunning and I believe all of your art is perfectly done. its very clear the amount of effort you've put into this. you can see the detail in every inch of the drawing and its stunning! <3

WITH THAT SAID, I think this is a favorite too. This is both cute and somber, colorful, yet kinda sad. Also, I like how you did the sky and the clouds--very soft looking.
