You know, it's been coming back to the same things with the last shots.
1) Fantastic composition
2) Your color post-work is getting a lot better (I love the one-color+dark-picture-type thing, the green makes a nice contrast and the cat looks majestic yet not flashy. Very earthly and powerful shot because of 1 & 2).
3) And yet the depth of field is somehow a problem for you, one way or the other. This time it's the branch in front. Compostition-wise it's great, but it needs to be either more or less in focus (I'd prefer more focus (smaller aperture), it would make the background work even better and the cat stand out).
Oh, and cute kitty. Nice work, once again.

Thanks. ^^ Yeah, I was really unhappy about the dang tree in front :/ I tried editing it out, but it looked really fake :/ When I head to Arizona, I'll try working on the aperture.
As for why they can't roar, it's because "their vocal tract lacks the thick pad of elastic tissue that enables other cats to roar."
