Unplugged depicts a girl struggling to hold comfort her animal spirit. The spirit, which represents freedom is caged by the wires from our age of technology.

Artist Note: I’m not against technology, I just believe there people shouldn’t be completely dependent on it. I had a more involved idea that included real wire, feathers, and gems— but I figured I’d tone it down a bit and keep it simple. So, I chose to use only two colors.
