Mustappa then thought of a great plan on getting the lamp. He disguised himself and started selling shiny new lamps in exchange for dirty old ones. He walked the city streets shouting "New lamps for old, new lamps for old." This caught the attension of Aladdin and Jade's servent for she knew that they had an old lamp. She informed the princess and Jade would of asked Aladdin about it but he was out hunting. She thought it best to exchange it anyway. They invited the disguised Mustappa in to the palace and she handed him the lamp. Mustappa took off his disguise and began smile. He rubbed the lamp and the genie appeared before them which frightened the princess and the servant. "What can I do for you, Master?" The sound of that made Mustappa laugh an evil laugh which seemed to echo across China.
