READ BEFORE YOU COMMENTThis is and OLD pic, O-L-D got it memorized? so keep that in mind before you go and b*tch around about how crappy the anatomy is.
So yeah,i've been on an artist block and i'm coloring old pics.
I wanted to make this one look like a screenshot from anime.
The bg took me a while to finish.I used the hard brush and the Gaussian and Motion blur to make it look like it is.I chose to color this pic cause it describes my mood.
Lol no i don't wanna kill Tobi or something,he just always feels my wrath when i'm on my nerves xD
Oh and my oc doesn't know that Tobi cannot be defeated ._.
