my man really said "🦤🧍‍♂️"

this one is jesper - a dodo bird, and also kennedy's boyfriend (though, their true relationship is "it's complicated"; they get together again and break up every few months or so. they're still friends, at least). it made sense, considering both dodos and thylacines are non-prehistoric extinct species.

though he's the same species as carson, they aren't that closely related (jesper is her fifth cousin three times removed... or something like that). yet carson has an immediate cousin who's a pigeon. go figure.

i realize i've never really drawn a dodo bird that was more bluish/teal before, and his coloration is a bit of an exaggeration on the bluish/teal color that some dodos were in real life. (this one looks slightly bluish to me, i don't know: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia… )
