It's nice BTW, I like that color for Wheelie's eyes alot. You can notice the green in them. The green is supposed to eb noticeble but it blends in with the bluish hue. Wait until they see his insignia

Actually Ratchet freaks out major, but not because of the insignia. He gets terrified of what the others would do if they found out.

Well, imagine freaked out WHEELIE gets! Because he's ignorant of the world and doesn't understand how formats work, he thought he was an Autobot because he got along with them and was dubbed as part of the team.Even after he saw his insignia under hsi extra plating, he didn't get why it was green and shaped different. He also didn't believe Ratchet when he tried to explain to him that he was a Quintesson.

Well, they don't find out right away. Ratchet tries to keep it a secret between himself and Wheelie, and he solders the plating back in place so it can't be taken off and the insignia is never found. But....... it comes loose after getting caught in the middle of a battle.
