Basically, it's supposed to be a summoning circle so nothing really special.
Text in the background reads "聚集的雪花打開新世界的天堂之門 用一顆真心成為一條閃耀光芒的路".
If I remember correctly, when this was being translated from English to Japanese, and then written in kanji, "Gathering snowflakes open the gates of heaven to new worlds. Become the path your pure heart shines on" (so kinda ripping off Shooting Star Dragon's summon chant but with snowflakes and hearts).
