Description This is the screenshot I had when I created them on PowerPoint 2019. They are an evolution of this: sta.sh/0z2lgw5o0kx
So design clues as follows;

Red Gem - The "Spiked Ball" that's inside the gem is from Bejeweled 2, while the lines that make up the gem is from Diamond Mine.
White Gem - Entirely original, although has some solar eclipse reference (for example, the gray part of the white gem is the sun while the white part is one of those planets that orbits, creating this sort of illusion)
Green Gem: The shading and a dual-tone design is from Bejeweled 3.
Yellow Gem: This gem is interesting since it has a middle gem that's removable in reference to treasures of montezuma: sta.sh/01x1e71ox3dp
Purple Gem: The gradient that's with the overall body of the gem is from Bejeweled 3.
Orange Gem: The lighting and shading is a mix-match from Diamond Mine and Bejeweled 3.
Blue Gem: This one is interesting as it's partially tied to a promotional artwork for Bejeweled 3 and contains some reference to Diamond Mine.
Black Gem: Design clues from Bechuzzled, a secret gamemode available from Chuzzle.
Pink Gem: One of the 4 unused gems, as it's design is based on GDC's Classic Game Postmortem. Interestingly, this is the only unused gem that does appear in the Jamdat version of Bejeweled.
Gray Gem: Same reference as the Pink Gem, so think of it as a high-quality recreation of the said gem.
Tan Gem: Same explanation as the Gray Gem.
Magenta Gem: Same explanation as the Gray Gem.
