a warrior who's grandmother was a dragon on his mother's side while his father was human, making him 1/4th dragon. As a result of this heritage, his draconic traits manifested physically as a draconic arm with access to only 25% of his draconic power, though he can transform into a humanoid dragon to increase this power to 50%, then from there transform into a full dragon to access his full power.
