My name is... no, my name was Alex Raposa. Why do I say it was my name? Well, sit around for a while, and listen to what I have to say, you filthy human.

It all started on the day I was born. My family was excited for the day I would be born, the first boy in my family. What they didn't expect was for me to be a faunus. That's right, I'm a faunus. Fox ears and fox tail to prove it. My family... weren't ones for racial equality, so to speak. Like most humans, they treated me... no... all faunus, as less than animals.
I wasn't even told why. All they ever did was hate. They loved each other, but me? Their ONLY son? They hated me. Only because I look a little different.
How do I eat? Simple, I steal food from my "family", if you can call it that. They don't even let me sleep in the basement, they just have me sleep in the backyard. Not even a dog house.
So, obviously, I was excited when I got to go to school. That meant less rage from my "parents" saying I do nothing but burden them. How do I burden them!? I steal the food they try to throw away!! They didn't even give me real clothes, I stole these from our neighbors!!
Sorry, I'm going off on a tangent here. Back to my first day of school.
I didn't know anyone, and from being beaten every day at home, I didn't want to approach any humans. Until I saw four humans picking on a single wolf faunus.
"Haha, I told you they were real! What a freak!!" So... it doesn't only happen to me...
"I said... Leave. Me. ALONE!!!!" The wolf faunus then proceed to bite the kid's hand so hard it started bleeding. I know the difference between blood and ketchup, mind you. I bleed every time my "father" smashes an empty beer bottle on my head. Ketchup is what I find on some of the hotdogs.
"GET AWAY FROM HIM YOU LITTLE FREAK!!" That voice... that banshee like wail that thinks it sounds cute!! That's my "sister"!
She went to push the wolf faunus off... but I stopped her. I ran at her, faster than I ever have, and knocked her to the ground with so much force I think she had the wind knocked out of her. I felt... strong. I looked at my hands, noticing a feint red glow. I had unlocked my aura. Now I could take combat classes and fight back!
The wolf faunus pulled me away, making sure we weren't followed by showing everyone his bloodied teeth.
"Why did you pull me back!? I just got aura! I could take her!"
Wham! One punch to the face. With that, I felt my aura deplete.
"You could've taken her, huh? Why did you go after her in the first place? Didn't your parents ever tell you what happens when we attack humans unprovoked?"
"I went after her because she's my older sister, and I'm done putting up with her. My parents were both human, so they refer to me as a freak and never talk to me or feed me, so I don't know what happens."
He looked at me like I had turned purple.
"Your parents were human? Both of them!?"
"Yeah. I'm also the only boy in the family, so they treat me like shit."
"Dude, language."
"Oh, I'm sorry, but it's a little fucking hard to talk clean when all your god damned life people don't give a shit about the hell you have to fucking go through!!" That was it. I had snapped. All those years of pent up anger... finally let loose. I fell down, leaning against the wall for support.
"Hey, you okay? Why are you crying?" A new voice this time. Female. It was... kind, caring, and smoothe. It was a n8ce voice. I looked up, only to see a rabbit faunus.
"Velvet, he attacked a human he says is his sister."
"Really? Derrek, you know I'm not stupid, right? I'm top of the class! There's no WAY a human could be related to a faunus!"

The girl looked at me... puzzled.
"I'm Velvet, by the way, and this is Derrek. What's your name?"
"A-allex..." I barely spoke out.
"Well, classes are about to start soon. We should take him to the principal to get him his class sheet, don't you think, Vel?"
"You're right, Derry. C'mon, let's take you to the principal's office." I could feel them tugging me in a direction, so I just blindly followed. They took me to an elderly looking woman with a kind smile on her face. I thought I could trust her.

"Mrs. Olivia? This is Alex. He's a new student, and he doesn't know what his classes are."
"What's his last name, Velvet?"

She looked at me funny. Everyone, even on the bus to get here, always looked at me odd.
"Like Julie, Avery, Bella and Elizabeth Raposa?"
My eyes visibly darkened. Julie tried to cut my ears and tail off. Avery tried to set me on fire, saying that my ears and tail already look like they're on fire. Bella tried to rape me. And Elizabeth tried to stab me more times than I could count.
"Yes, I'm their brother. Can we please stop talking about those bitches!?"
All eyes were on me.
"Young man, I will not have you talking about my stude-"
"YOU DON'T KNOW THEM LIKE I DO!! THEY DON'T HAVE HEARTS!! I NEVER DID ANYTHING TO THEM, AND THEY STILL MAKE MY LIFE A LIVING HELL!!" Tears were streaming down my face as I yelled. "THEY EACH TRIED SOMETHING HORRIBLE ON ME!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES! I NEVER DID ANYTHING TO DESERVE WHAT THOSE MONSTERS DID TO ME!!!"
I ran. I left the scene of my pain. I didn't have a backpack, so I could run for a while. I wasn't paying attention, just so long as it was away from there and away from that hellhole called home.
I was crying so hard I didn't notice the older girl wearing red.
"H-hey! Watch where you're going!" She shouted at me.
I didn't even bother standing up. I just laid there, broken.
"Hey, sorry I yelled at you. Are you okay? It's getting dark out, where are your parents?"
It was dark out? Have I really been running for that long?
"Th-they wouldn't care if I came back or not..."
She looked shocked.

She then looked angrily at something... but it want me. I expected her to take out that anger on me, but she didn't. She wasn't like those monsters who gave birth to me.
Those people are known for hating Faunus. Hey, come with me. I know where you can stay from now on. My name is Cinder, by the way. Cinder Fall."
For the first time in my life... I smiled. I actually smiled! I felt warm inside.
"Th-thank you..."
"Hey, I'm your big sister now, got it?"
I felt better. If she was my sister... did that mean the others weren't? Did that mean... I wouldn't have to see them again? I was so happy I didn't notice I lit a bush on fire until after Cinder pulled me away.
Instead of being scared or angry, she looked happy. I was happy too, I just used my semblance.

Let's skip a month of me living with her in an underground organization. The highlights of those months were that I learned how to use my semblance, known a pyrokinesis, I got a new name, Brennan Fall, and I learned that huntsman aren't heroes. No matter how hard they try, they aren't heroes.

Today was a day for me to have fun. It was the weekend, and I decided to do something tonight. So, why not some revenge? And who better to get revenge on than the people who TORTURED me for eight years straight? It was night, after all, and nobody would care about a faunus wandering around alone.
I made it to the hellhole and broke a window. Everyone in the house came to look, only to find little old me.
"What do you want, you ungrateful little shit!?" My "father" yelled.
"Me? Ungrateful? Why should I be greatful when you never gave me anything?"
"Wrong! I gave you life!" My "mother" yelled at me.
"Which, by the way, the six of you tried daily to take from me."
She knew I was right, and went up to hit me. Lucky me, the underground taught me how to fight and had me exercise daily, so I just dodged and hit her a few times in the stomach, making her cough up some blood.
"You little shit!" Avery yelled, charging at me. All I had to do was use my semblance to make a fire in my hand to make her stop. Everyone looked at me, horrified.
"You six were soon keen on making me hurt and ending my life, so why don't I end yours? That seems fair!" I gave them a twisted smile, letting the anger I've felt for them unleash in their faces. Before they knew it, I surrounded them with fire. I lit the house, as well as the people, on fire. I also broke their legs, and repeatedly hit them until they bled to death, but that's beside the point.
I ran back to my home to continue my training, and big sis was the one to greet me.
"You were gone for a while, Brennan. What were you up to?"
"Cutting old ties, sis. No need for the past to hold us back, right?"
She smiled, knowing what I meant. She was the one who gave me the idea after all. We just continued my training with dust and firearms, eventually infusing dust into my body.
A few years later, I decided to pick up some work.
But instead of being a fry cook like most teenagers, I decided to put my skills to work. I became a hitman. Now, I'm one of the deadliest, if not the deadliest, hitmen on the planet.
And I couldn't have gotten here if my parents hadn't thought I was a monster. Now I really am one!
