Still trying to figure out Adobe Photoshop 7.0 Just using filters but I think its turned out pretty cool for it being my second pic made with Photoshop.Don't You!

hehe im thinking render-clouds then distort-ripple and mabey some other stuff. Its pretty cool, everyone starts off be filter-bashing I still have my first piece i made here at devart, its atrocious but funny to see how ive improoved
