I've seen a few LVHP fics over on FFN that seem to center around Voldemort finding out Harry is a horcrux, so I don't think you'd have too much of a hard time finding one at least.

Honestly, none. All of the fics I know of that center completely around that plot seem to be crap.

Although this one piece I know of - Harry Potter and the Descent into Darkness - is a fic I just generally point out to every TR-LV/HP fan I run in to, since it's basically one of the only really good fics I know of involving that pairing. It's worth a shot to read, as far as I'm concerned.
