Description
I took a short break from the main project I'm currently working on to draw a conceptual sketch of the Triumvirate of Shahs. I rarely have to work on specific character designs since I'm not writing a story with actual characters, but rather a description of the setting as a whole. The Shahs are mentioned quite often since they are the founders and rulers of Ilmer, the only civilization of Lor, so I thought they earned at least a sketch.

Characters left to right: Yeshed, the Living Metropolis (avatar of the city mind), Zehir mar-Hatiir Cyreus (archastroengineer and chief executive of AESEN space agency) and Irael mar-Eiden Arntora (chief manir-modear and rector of 1-S University).
