I like that you can see her eye and wild hair tendrils sticking out the back of the helmet.
To boost the picture to the next level (since you're looking for criticism), my suggestions would be:
1. A slightly smaller helmet with slightly larger eye holes, so the fact that there's a pretty woman under there isn't lost as easily.
2. Not a cape, but two strips of cloth hanging down from either shoulder in the back, to take the place of wings.
3. A setting and story. You've got something with a great potential for drama, but then just taking a static picture, with no background. It could be something as simple as two dragons dancing with one another, but definitely, I'd like to see a bit more action.
4. Some non-white lighting. Light a big bonfire nearby (or figure out a way to imitate the look), so we have the right lighting. As a blue dragon, we would still expect a lot of pale white light, but it's still a dragon, so we should have a couple of hints of yellow and orange.
5. Maybe try a sort of frost-like filter to lay over the image, then erase it back so it mostly just affects the corners, like we're looking in through a window in the winter.
