Hellohello! Long time no see/talk/type/asdfghjkl.

Just dropping in here to give an early look at the movie I'm uploading to YouTube later on today.
And yes, as you can see: its 3D animation! Woowmn!

Its a short little animation I did in order to test my knowledge of Autodesk Maya (the 3D program I'm learning about at school).
However, due to time constraints I had to kinda abandon the project early. As a result, some of the animation may look a bit stiff, a few effects are missing, and the overall quality is a tad fuzzy/wonky/bajonkers.
But nonetheless, I think its presentable the way it is.

"ARMY MEN" - A short cinematic by Brian Fisher
In preparation for the assault on the toilet, the Green Army ambushes key Tan positions on the bathroom vanity.

I'm opting to call it a "cinematic" rather than a "short", "movie" or "film" just because its mainly test footage aka me learning how to do stuff.
I figured that calling it something like an "animated short" would've made people think there would be some masterful Shakespearian Pixaresque story to it, and I didn't want them asking for their money back when they realized it was just some dude making a bunch of Army Men shoot each other for no reason.

Now that this project is out of the way, I'm hoping to get back to some 2D animation.
