Acrylic/Collage/Print on canvas

Modern depiction of Greek God Venus. The background is an acrylic wash with iridescent acrylic mixed in. I used a naked lady from a lad mag type thingy as the silohette for Venus and then printed around the masked area with lace. I also printed the lace onto tissue paper in black to make the hearts, which I think looks quite striking. I then stencilled the Durex logo in iridescent acrlyic in random places. I sed the hearts, lace and Durex logo to depict love, lust and sex in the modern world sa this is whart Venus represents.
